The Challenge

Manage the PR and event management surrounding the EU Direct Centre’s Wind Energy Soapbox event. Secure 12 participants for the North West regional heat. 

The Media Box Strategy

PR: Aggressive 6-week PR campaign to launch the event as well as a call-out for participants to take part. Voice-over script and narration of news package for online purposes. 

Event Management: Manage all logistics, venue set-up and layout, invitation design and running order and MC/speaker notes. 

Direct Marketing: Direct marketing campaign to strategic partners and complementary organisations who could support and/or take part in the event. 

The Results:
